Building Effective Teams That Think and Improve Together
11.45-12.30 The Shirley Room (workshop)
Abstract
Ruth’s session dives into three Kanban practices: make policies explicit, implement feedback loops, and improve collaboratively.
The session will explore how to build effective teams by helping people to get to know each other, develop strong working agreements and by agreeing behaviours. You will leave with practical tools you can use straightaway with your own teams.
