Glaudia Califano
I am passionate about the people side of change and bringing meaningful change into organisations, with a focus on helping teams and organisations deliver customer value in a sustainable way. I have worked with a range of organisations in a range of industries; from small digital agencies to big corporate organisations. Aside from this I volunteer my services for charitable organisations.
I started my Agile journey in a Scrum team with QA/ Test as my main expertise. I soon came to realise the benefit of being part of the bigger picture and getting a deep understanding of the Software Development Lifecyle and the end to end value stream.
Over the years I enhanced my skills and knowledge by taking on different roles and responsibilities across a variety of disciplines such as Scrum Master, Product Ownership, Business Analysis, Service Delivery Management, Agile & Lean coaching and Professional Facilitation. I have guided organisations along their journeys towards business agility, allowing them to inspect and adapt and focus on customer value.
Aside from working in the trenches with organisations and teams, I am an Accredited Kanban Trainer (AKT) with Kanban University. I am a former ICAgile Instructor, DevOps Institute trainer and ambassador, a Scrum.org Professional Scrum Trainer (PST). I still work on a contract basis for scrum.org.
I am the co-author of the following books:
Adopting Agile Across Borders published by Apress,
Mastering Collaboration in a Product Team also published by Apress, and
Facilitating Professional Scrum Teams, published as part of the Professional Scrum series by Pearson/ Addison Wesley.
