Wolfgang is a consultant and trainer specializing in Kanban and Lean thinking. Since 2013, he has helped organizations of all sizes design Kanban systems that improve end-to-end flow, strengthen feedback loops, and connect strategy with day-to-day work. With an IT and Agile background dating back to 2006, Wolfgang combines deep systems thinking with hands-on experience in software and product development. In client work, Wolfgang focuses on building humane work systems where people can actually think, learn, and collaborate, organizations profit, and customers get what they truly want.
Outside of work, Wolfgang enjoys exploring systems thinking in everyday life and watching American football with a glass of whisky. As the defensive coordinator for an under-11 flag football team, he enjoys helping kids grow, learn to trust each other, have fun competing, and designing simple but smart defensive game plans that give his team the upper hand.
